Eligible Refund Scenarios
Service Outages & Technical Issues
Full refunds are provided when:
- Our service is completely unavailable for more than 2 consecutive hours
- Systematic technical failures prevent service delivery
- API endpoints return consistent error responses (500+ errors) for extended periods
Billing Errors
Immediate full refunds for:
- Duplicate charges for the same transaction
- Incorrect pricing applied to your account
- Unauthorized charges due to system errors
Service Quality Issues
Partial refunds may be considered when:
- AI accuracy drops significantly below advertised performance metrics
- Services fail to process standard image formats consistently
- Documented service degradation affects multiple customers
Non-Refundable Services
Successfully Processed Analysis
Once an image has been successfully analyzed and results delivered, the service is considered complete. This includes all our available services:
Additional Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Disagreement with AI analysis results or accuracy
- Change of mind after service completion
- User error in uploading incorrect images
- Subscription cancellations (prorated credits may apply)
- Services used for prohibited or illegal content
Refund Timeline
Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Investigation Period: Complex cases may require up to 14 days for thorough investigation before approval or denial.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please provide the following information:
- Transaction ID or receipt number
- Date and time of the transaction
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence supporting your claim (if applicable)
- Account email address associated with the purchase
All refund requests will be reviewed individually and decisions will be communicated within 3-5 business days.
Fair Usage & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:

- Limit or deny refunds for accounts with excessive refund requests

Subscription & Credit Policies
Monthly/Annual Subscriptions: Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
Pay-Per-Use Credits: Unused credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase date. Credits are non-refundable but non-expiring within the validity period.
Enterprise Plans: Custom refund terms may apply as specified in your service agreement.
Policy Updates
This refund policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email and through our platform notifications. Continued use of our services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
